My Qualification

My Qualifications

I’m currently completing my practicum hours at Gymvmt Fitness, where I work directly with clients under the guidance of experienced professionals — learning, applying, and absorbing every ounce of real-world knowledge.

Alongside this hands-on training, I’m pursuing a Degree in Personal Fitness to formalize years of experience and passion into professional expertise.

I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, giving me a strong foundation in client relations and strategic thinking, and a Certificate of Apprenticeship in Applied Mechanics in a gym setting, which sharpened my practical skills in training environments.

I blend academic learning, real-world application, and a relentless drive to keep growing — all to deliver better results for my clients.

My passion

Fitness isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. It’s more than a workout; it’s a mindset. It has taught me how to endure hardship, stay disciplined, and never back down when things get tough.

Every year, I challenge myself by preparing for competitions — training alone, pushing my limits, and applying everything I’ve learned. It’s my way of proving that knowledge, experience, and heart matter just as much as physical strength.

These moments also open doors — allowing me to connect with elite athletes, learn from industry leaders, and continuously evolve in this ever-growing field.

Fitness gave me structure, purpose, and identity. Now, I’m here to pass that on — to inspire, guide, and help others transform their lives through it.

My Devotion

My focus lies with young adults and adults aged 21 to 40 — a group often caught in the crossfire of misinformation and poor guidance.

Young adults, new to the fitness world, are frequently misled by self-proclaimed “trainers” who lack proper credentials. They’re sold shortcuts and unsafe advice in the name of quick gains — advice that does more harm than good.

On the other side, many adults fall into the hands of trainers who see them as nothing more than a paycheck — charging premium prices while delivering generic, copy-paste workout plans and zero personalized care.

I’m here to change that.
To educate, to guide, and to provide honest, effective, and tailored support — because every body is different, and every client deserves respect, not a recycled routine.
